Support the Archaeological Missions of the Museo Egizio
WHY DONATE?
Supporting the archaeological missions of the Museo Egizio means making a tangible contribution to research and to the understanding of ancient Egypt. Archaeological research is essential for studying artifacts in their original context and for reconstructing millennia-old histories that still have much to tell us today. These missions make it possible to study, preserve, and bring to light extraordinary evidence of the past, fostering dynamic and constantly evolving scientific research, while also providing valuable training opportunities for young professionals and generating a positive economic impact on local communities.
Archaeological finds recovered during excavation missions remain in Egypt, helping to preserve and promote the nation's cultural heritage.
Alongside fieldwork, public outreach plays a central role: the results of the excavations take shape not only in scientific publications, but also in the “Digging Diaries” and in content accessible to everyone, allowing the public to closely follow the archaeological missions.
The Museo Egizio is a non-profit foundation that reinvests all its resources in research, conservation, and outreach. With your donation, you will provide tangible support to archaeological campaigns and help us share the research, step by step, layer by layer, as it unfolds in the field.
